I would like to put in a complaint about my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Brightness keeps lowering on it's own. Senior Advisor says it's normal. Can't find a corporate number to escalate. Please respond...

Original Title: Every time I open my phone the brightness drops to about 10%. Happens on and off all day. It's very annoying and the gave me a rediculous answer
Per your technical issue, have you turned off Automatic Brightness?
