AppleCare+ Theft & Loss claim for iPhone 16: Process & Cost
Hello,
I submitted a claim for my stolen iPhone 16 under AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss on Saturday (March 21, 2026), and it is currently showing as “in progress”.
I would like to ask:
- How long does it usually take to receive the next email with instructions?
- Will the update be sent to my email address or by post to my home address?
- Approximately how long does the whole process take?
- How much will I need to pay (approximately) for the replacement device?
