why does the age verification keep asking me to verify my age

I'm having the same issue. I verify my age, and then I'm asked to verify again and again. Every time I look at settings, its asking me to verify again, despite being successfully verified already. Tried rebooting iphone, but no change. Surely it should be maximum once per iphone boot up.
