Opting Out of Personal Data Sharing:

When you sign for services, you can deselect or select the option to or not to have your usage shared. If you want to opt out of that, then you'll need to contact that app's Developer. A pure example is HP: Do Not Share or Sell My Personal Information Request Form - HP Support

I’m not sure what you are asking. Apple does not give your data to any 3rd party, which makes them unique in the digital world. But Apple has no control over the data policies of the sites you visit or the apps you use.

If the info has been taken and shared, then who knows where it all resides. But, performing opt-out, where it goes from here, your guess is as a good as mine. I guess take it up with a l**suit.
