Opting Out of Personal Data Sharing:

When you sign for services, you can deselect or select the option to or not to have your usage shared. If you want to opt out of that, then you'll need to contact that app's Developer. A pure example is HP: Do Not Share or Sell My Personal Information Request Form - HP Support

"Unfortunately, this is a request, not a legally binding order, so the third parties can ignore the request. and the fact that you have opted out is information about you the will be shared."
