Unable to block email in Apple Mail after iOS 26.4 update

That did not fix my problem.

I’ve always swiped left and

clicked on “block contact”

it just stopped working

several iOS updates ago!

I have been sending in messages to support for two years, this isn't rocket science to fix this, it's rediculous. They know it is an issue that has been going on and no one fixes it.

I have been battling this for a year even escalated to top tier support once then they stopped calling back .

But you said that the email you blocked is marked as blocked, so you can quickly move it to trash. So what is the problem?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. That's how it USED to work, and how I would like it to work again. When I updated to 26.5.1, I could and can no longer block new email addresses.

Same story and everything I went through the last three years including 3 phone upgrades . Seems like this is not a heavy lift yet they don’t fix it.

I know how to use my iPhone blocking features, but thank you anyway.

Correct but it is not moving them to trash and now not allowing to even block them , this is going on for me now over two years with one small window after an update it did work and then no more.

Has anyone tried 26.6 to see if that fixed the problem? 26.5.1 is what broke it for me, but I'm thinking of trying the latest update. Anyone?

Unacceptable indeed. I, too, have well over 3000 blocked contacts. But I don't get pop-up when I try to block another. I'm using 26.5.2. Which OS are you using?
