I want to know how to delete a single call from iphone 4.

I Phone 4, Windows 7

The Android OS is open so you can do just about whatever you want with it. The Apple iOS is not so you can't.

Having used an Android phone for about a year before trying my first iPhone (the 4) I can honestly say that while I do miss the ability to do some things the Apple iOS is way better than the Android OS in terms of ease-of-use, stability, and smoothness.

Same question/complaint. I don't need my existing contacts listed in recent calls and there are numbers I will want to call back over the short term that don't need to be in the recent calls list. Every phone I've owned dating back years has allowed me to delete numbers from the list that I didn't need or want and keep others. Apple needs to address this. If anyone has a way to get the folks in Cupertino to listen to us, let me know!

My typical usage on other phones was to use the incoming call list as
a todo list. After calling back entry is deleted. This function is even useful
for happily married men :-)).

This is very easy to do...

Simply swipe the number you want to delete from right to left and the delete button will appear, then delete the number. This also works on your email messages from the inbox page.

Not always. Maybe people just want to erase someones number and calls because they want nothing to do with them anymore.

Hi I figured it out

how to delete a single call on the call list

with the call list showing

on the arrow slide you finger to the left and a delet box will appear

You can delete single call log. I use iPhone 4 ios6. On the screen of call log, u will see 3 buttons All, Missed and Edit. Click Edit. Next to each phone number on the list,u will see an icon like a Stop sign. Click on each one u want to delete. A delete button will appear on the right hand side. Good luck!

Why judge the book by its cover? At my place, no one will think so if u want to delete a log. I use 2 phones and once I misdialed the other number of mine then I just wanted to delete it.
