Speech controller disappear on iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26

There is toggle on / toggle off controller in settings (seen / unseen)

and

There is hide controller while not in use by reducing the transparency entirely so controller is there, but not visible.

Am no expert in this area, yet your question deserves some response.

There can be a few different reasons why the speech controller disappears, so it is not easy to guess which reason applies in your case.

Eg: The transparency of the controller can be adjusted so it is unseen.

The controller may be hidden out of the way entirely, until shown.

Seems the simplest answer may be to watch a short video that explains the settings, so you can change your own settings to be as you want them.
