Mouse scroll wheel issues MacOS 26.x

Since the MacOS 26 update, my middle scroll wheel on my mouse has been jumpy / jittery. I've tried multiple different mice (two different Logitech Mice, and a Lenovo mouse) and they're all experiencing the same issue.

I use the scroll and it goes slowly, then jumps, and then sometimes goes the opposite direction. It's infuriating when trying to read a long document where I typically use the scroll wheel to scroll down the page, or in apps such as Adobe Photoshop where I use the scroll wheel for zooming and panning, etc.

It's completely not usable. I've seen some Reddit posts of others experiencing the same issue with Logitech mice since the 26 update, but I've experienced also with non-Logitech mice. All mice are USB (not bluetooth), plugged in via Thunderbolt docks. (I've tried different docks as I have a dock at home and one at work)

I've tried changing scrolling speed settings in the Mouse settings panel and playing with other mouse settings the System Settings panel provides, but doesn't seem to make a difference. Obviously tried other things like rebooting.

Does anyone have an idea or experienced strange scrolling issues?

Further troubleshooting has determined this is a compatibility issue with Logitech G Hub software and the latest OS X 26.3 software update. Logitech does not have a fix (yet).

Turning off or quitting the Logitech G Hub software does not resolve the issue. The software needs to be completely removed from the system, and the scrolling issue (trackpad, mouse, etc) is resolved.

Not sure what Logitech is doing which breaks scrolling on the laptop trackpad or non-Logitech mice even when the software is "not loaded". Downloading new software from the Logitech site and ensuring latest updates only brings the problem back.

Thanks. Yeah, the software was up-to-date. Deleted software and downloaded a new version just-in-case though. Same issue. It is definitely an issue with the Logitech G Hub software though. Removing it from the system all together made scrolling usable again. Just quitting the software or killing its' processes via terminal did not seem to resolve the issue.
