Not sure what "pad" you are talking about. Perhaps you should take a look at Writing an effective Apple Support Communities Question - Apple Community for some information on what information to put into your question to get the most success in getting responses that can truly help you figure out what you are looking for.

If you're talking about the track pad and you mean the click that you get from it when you press to "click" on something then there really isn't anything you can to do to make it quieter. The track pad on the MacBook Neo is not like the track pads on the MacBook Pro's in that it physically clicks instead of giving you a force feedback type of click. Those track pads on those are able to be adjusted to control how strong the click feels as they aren't physically clicking. If this isn't what you are looking for, then again, more information is going to be extremely helpful in getting you the proper feedback that you are looking for.

You read wrong. There is no screw to adjust. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product for any reason, no questions asked. That you find the “noise” annoying is purely subjective. I don’t find the sound that the touchpad makes on my MacBook Air when I push it annoying at all. I find it reassuring.

I'm talking about a click that's annoying ., I read that there is a screw on the Neo that can be adjusted to get rid of the sound. Can anyone tell me if they get used to the noise ? The manager already said tha t it's normal.I got it today .after 2 days ago it was in Apple sore after purchase because it need to exchange data from a mac from2015. I picked it up today because it needed to be "migrated". How much time will I have to return this new? How will I know when someone responds.?
