I had the same problem today, the only thing that helped was resetting the iPhone to factory settings, but then another problem arose: when restoring a backup, the iPhone simply does not load the backup copy

I tried doing this using 3uTools, but it didn't work because after connecting my primary iPhone to the computer, the program reported that the device was not found. I ended up taking the phone to a repair shop, and they reset it to factory settings. If you're unsure about doing this yourself, it's best to take your iPhone to a professional so they can do it quickly and efficiently

Is it stuck at the Apple Logo? If so, it is stalled in a Boot Loop, yet it is not seen. A bit odd.

So,….

1. Hold Down: the option key
2. Select: System Information
3. Expand: hardware
4. Select: USB
5. Verify: if it’s seen

If it is seen not seen, in System Information…, then there is a connectivity issue. So, seen or not… four things here…

Save what need be, and the Shut Down the computer > wait 30 seconds > Power on the computer log back in as an Administrator user. Then, perform the following…

• Try while boot in Safe Mode(select your operating system)

• Create: a new Administrator User, and try it that way. Trash this user you've just created afterwards.

• Use: a different cable —particularly one of Apple brand, if a generic does not works

If no success, try of the above, this time with another computer?

Just FYI, it is a very very bad idea to use 3UTools. It is a poorly written hacking program and many a poor soul has ended up in here because it has completely bricked their phone beyond repair.
