Here are a couple of things to try:


First, check your accessibility settings. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and look at "LED Flash for Alerts." Try turning it off temporarily to see if that stops the flashlight from getting disabled during alarms.


You could also try disabling "Flash on Silent" in the same menu if it's turned on, since that might be contributing to the conflict.


Another thing worth testing is whether this happens with all alarms or just certain ones. Try setting up a test alarm and see if you can keep the flashlight on while it's ringing.


If none of that helps, I'd definitely report this to Apple through the Feedback Assistant app. Since you mentioned it's dangerous, it's worth making sure Apple is aware so they can look into fixing it in a future iOS update.
