7th generation IPad randomly turned off

7th generation IPad randomly turned off while using and wont turn back on. Charging and forces restart wont work.

Given the problem - and the steps that you have already tried - you would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:

I already tried these and it doesn't work. When plugging it into my mac it doesn't show up in finder. I tired switch cables and when i plug my phone in it shows up but trying with my IPad doesnt.
