M4 MacMini not recognizing third external display

Hello, I have an M4 MacMini and up until a month ago, was able to use one Xiaomi 42in. as my main display, a Xiaomi 27in monitor in landscape and a Xiaomi 17in monitor in portrait mode as my displays. Now I only can use two of the displays, the third one is not recognized. Any ideas on how to solve this issue? It was stable for about 8 to 10 months. The 42in TV is connected directly to the HDMI port on the back of the macMini, the 27 inch is connected via one of the thunderbolt ports in the back of the macMini and the 17 inch is connected via HDMI to a Thunderbolt dock, the dock and the 27in monitor are not on adjacent thunderbolt ports, there is a NVME drive in the center port.

Hello Den.thed and Weeklycod. I am currently running 26.5.1 and now that I tried connecting the third monitor, lost my second. I´ve tried all combination of ports, but still can only run 2 monitors simultaneously. Right now I have the main monitor (Samsung 42inch TV connected to the HDMI port on the MacMini, 2nd monitor with a USB-C to HDMI cable on one of the thunderbolt ports in the back, on the center I have an NVME drive and on the port closest to the HDMI cable, a Thunderbolt 4 Hub. The third monitor is connected to the HDMI port on the hub and worked fine for several months. Second monitor is still a Xiaomi 27 inch and the third monitor is a Xiaomi 17in. Only the TV is 4k, the other 2 monitors are 1080p. I had to restart the mac to be able to use the main and second monitor which had quit when I connected the 3rd monitor via the hub´s HDMI port.
