Have a look at Settings > Apps > Mail >Blocked Sender Options. And I still suggest consulting your mail vendor.
Other wise try a forced restart: Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
and consider doing a full reset/restore Reset iPhone settings to their defaults – Apple Support (UK)
I get a small 🚫 symbol on a blocked contact in the email header. Also, the blocked contacts show up in the blocked list in settings. Are you just missing the symbol, or are they not on the list, or are emails still getting through?
Also, you might want to check with your mail vendor on that function to ensure no conflict between client and server.
What exactly do you mean “doesn’t work”? Can you be a little more specific? What happens when you try?
I’m having to do a little guesswork here since you aren’t providing any detail.
I checked the settings- all is good, nothing added
i checked with the mail vendor he is not aware of an issue. It doesn’t work on my other gmail account either so it looks like something in the phone.
its started after the last update.
Please advise how do i contact Apple?
I follow the same process, but it doesn’t make the mail as blocked as it did before and it doesn’t move it to the bin. My mail is not on the gmail server
Its both and its happening in 2 different servers i have so it does not look like the provider
