MacBook Air M3 trackpad cursor lags after 26.5 update

Thanks man, the issue persisted in my case and I had mine sent to a certified apple repair shop in a different state

said it’ll take around 21 working days for me to get my laptop back so I’m just waiting. Think it’s a hardware issue

How do I boot in safe mode

I’ve done that, didn’t see the words safe boot on the screen but the procedures were duly followed. The trackpad still lags

You know what’s infuriating, I just erased all content and settings and it still didn’t work. I didn’t wait 2-3 hours before restoring my backup from Time Machine

bruh, I updated an hour ago hoping would be fixed, I truly wonder what the cause is at this point. I don't even have any official apple repair shops in my state else I would have taken it for a check
