Open the document in whatever application it belongs to.
Print the document to a PDF file.
You can not do it directly from finder.

The primary reason why I wrote that Pages-specific Quick Action to handle multiple document selections from the Finder. And unlike earlier AppleScript solutions, you don't see individual Pages documents being opened, with an export progress bar which is really distracting.
