How can I provide feedback on the AI Support Assistant and the Support process?

Is there currently an official way to leave feedback about interactions with the recently-introduced AI Support Assistant (or the human Advisors) and with the Support process in general?

Surveys asking for feedback about the Support Experience™ have been discontinued. One is no longer given the option of a survey following a Support call. I have noticed a significant drop-off in useful information and increase of "IDK" among Support Advisors since the AI became the entry into the system.

I'm not here just to gripe. If Apple has a way to make the AI better, I'm all in. Unfortunately, there isn't a Feedback channel for Support or the AI that it uses -- the Feedback page is for devices and apps/services.

Serious answer: 1) I have a lot of trouble believing Apple would be able to take a report about the Suport AI delivered in a Feedback report linked to my iPhone -- that is sorted via check-boxes and some automation -- and then forward it to the right team within the Support hierarchy. 2) Why eliminate the surveys that we all used to get with every Support contact? If those post-call surveys were active for >15 years then they must have thought they were useful.

At any rate, to answer my own question, it seems now that the most direct way to opine about Support (good or bad experience) is now to call back and ask the Advisor to submit a "complaint" for you. That, too, is a new concept and was unnecessary when the Surveys were an option.

Perhaps I was unclear. There is not a channel on the Feedback page for "Support." All Feedback is linked to a device or app/service. I'm talking about the atrocious AI Support Assistant (specifically) and to the Support surveys that we all had the option of for 20 years until 2 weeks ago. There has always (since ~2002) been a mechanism for giving (lower-case) feedback about the Support experience. It was used for training and for tweaking the algorithms the Advisors used.

Are you directing me to the Feedback page because you know it is the only option, or because you are unaware of the distinction between feedback and the Support surveys?
