I know who the person is that’s cloning all my phone since the year 2007, it’s an ex nephew that stole my pedigree puppy in order to make a friend then belittled me insulted me and tapped all my phone lines and computers since 2007, that’s over 18 years. He has all of my identity through stalking me police aren’t doing anything.

One practical thing to check on the iPhone itself is Safety Check.

Also review your Apple Account details, trusted phone numbers, and devices. Remove only items you are sure you do not recognize.

I’ve done safety check I’ve done partial factory reset, lockdown mode and he is still there before I did a factory reset fully two days ago while I was still in lockdown mode he went to my contact card, deleted my name and put in his name and then also clicked on a button that said share debit credit card info
Yes, you may get a "new device" alert from time to time after logging into a new service for after an upgrade; that is not unusual.
Siri will appear in logs as it is a core service. Outside of that, there is no information that can be determined simply by looking at logs; those are indecipherable to a person.

Thank you I appreciate your help. I have done everything under the sun. Above and beyond changing passwords. This is identity theft. I did a timeline, including purchasing a brand new phone creating a brand new account and abandoning old accounts. Got a new Wi-Fi carrier got a new phone number within a few minutes half an hour. He gets my new number and from there with his 18 years worth of hacking cloning experience he gets in I’ve tried all the steps. I had a sergeant call him, and he lied his way through everything, including my two or three voicemails to him to leave me alone that I want nothing to do with him at all.. He even added a few more lies. I will try and keep trying the security steps as I am in lockdown mode now… Thanks again

I'm sorry, but that simply didn't happen.
To believe otherwise is simply paranoia run amok.
Whatever you saw happen on the new phone with a new carrier using a new account, it had absolutely nothing to do with being hacked or cloned.
So long as you pursue this line of reasoning, you're never going to solve the actual problem, whatever that may be.
