If you had the battery replaced anywhere other than an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, you don't have an authentic battery in your phone and there is no fix for that. If the battery in your phone is the original battery which came in the phone, it is likely failing and for that you'd need to either pay Apple to replace the batter in the phone or upgrade to a newer iPhone. So, did you have the battery replaced somewhere?

"Unverified" will appear as a message for a couple or reasons.

The battery is failing and will need to be replaced at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or an authorized Apple service shop....or...a non-genuine Apple battery was installed in the iPhone.

Was the battery replaced recently?
