Safari: Tool Bar/Favourites font size not adjustable on Mac
As I age, my eyesight is deteriorating. I find that most things on my Mac computer screen need some enlargement to be comfortable for me to read. Fortunately, a lot of apps allow the window content to be adjusted as needed, but the UI is not adjustable in most cases.
Safari, in particular has no facility for adjusting the font size in the Tool Bar, or the Favourites bar, the favourites bar being my main area of concern as the font is very small.
I've noted that there are community discussions of this going back to 2009, but most of the discussions are closed, and unresolved.
It's possible that it's just something that was overlooked when accessibility features were introduced, so I'd like to raise the issue to see if anyone has found a solution, or if there's anything being developed by Apple. I was hoping that there'd be an extension available, but no such luck there.
I know I can use zoom to target parts of the screen, but this is not a viable solution, as I'd have to use it nearly all the time.
