Is anyone else’s June monthly challenge on the Apple Watch exceptionally easy? In May I went for 10 runs, all over 2 miles, and my challenge this month is to run for 5 minutes three times.
Is anyone else’s June monthly challenge on the Apple Watch exceptionally easy? In May I went for 10 runs, all over 2 miles, and my challenge this month is to run for 5 minutes three times.
I found, that the monthly challenges also give you a break in some months.
Overall, the challenges will get harder over time, if you workout regularly and exceed the settings for your fitness rings a couple of times.
Just because I have doubled my move ring goal a couple of days in May, the June challenge set the bar for 750cal per day, 14 times.
