Calendar data missing after syncing iCloud with Outlook

I installed the iCloud app on my Windows PC and synced my iCloud calendar with my Outlook calendar. Now I no longer see all the appointments and due dates I had saved. I uninstalled the app and restarted it, but nothing happened. The iCloud calendar still appears, and I still can't see my Outlook notes. I'm asking for help. Thanks.

To fix missing appointments and notes after syncing iCloud with Outlook on Windows, check that your default Outlook data file is set to your primary Outlook account (not iCloud), verify the iCloud Outlook Add-in is enabled, and re-add your iCloud account in the iCloud for Windows app.
