Keyboard impressions on MacBook Pro 14-inch display

The Mac shipped with a piece of light tissue type paper on the keyboard, separating it from the screen— if you can not resolve your issue, maybe this is your way forward.

Clean hands, clean keyboard, clean screen...It is hard to believe your Mac is any different then the millions of MacBook Pro 14-inch with M5 sold...

keyboards/ screens both are considered hardware— if it is an issue take it in as recommended above.

That screen looks filthy... I would clean the screen and your keyboard.

Reports don't work because Apple does not participate here. We are other end users, not Apple.

Two options:

— use a feedback link: Feedback - MacBook Pro - Apple > An Apple employee will see it but not interact with you in most cases.

— Have Apple Support evaluate, as Leroy has wisely advised.
