Configure Hearing Aid' option missing on iPhone 15 Pro Max

The option "configure hearing aid" is not shown, although, "start hearing" test is available.

iphone 15 pro max & airpods pro 3, both latast firmware.

According to this Apple document, neither the Hearing Test nor the Hearing Aid functionalities are offered in Belgium. I'm surprised that you can see the Hearing Test in the settings.

The Hearing Protection is available in your country, though.
