Have you tried charging it wirelessly? Your battery is at End of Life or near EOL if you haven’t replaced it. An EOL battery explains the random shut offs and inability to turn on and shutting down at logo. Resetting cannot restore an EOL battery.
Apple will need to do diagnostics and replace the battery.

Looks like the battery was totally dead.
Apple said they fixed this in iOS 27, what a shame.
Connect the iPhone to the charger. If this doesn't work, please replug and unplug it repeatedly and replace various different chargers.
It is not guaranteed to save your iPhone unless you have the ability to take apart the iPhone and charge the battery directly.
⚠️Caution: Since Apple does not provide a repair manual for iPhone 11, be sure that you or the repairer has enough experience in repairing Apple devices.
I remember that since the iPhone6 or iPhone7 (Apple gradually abandoned Sony lithium-ion battery cell), if the battery is deeply discharged, the battery logic board will disconnect the circuit to protect the battery. If the battery is deeply discharged for several years, the battery of these devices will be completely damaged and even bulged.
But you're right. The description in the release notes is not for the situation of "logos appearing".
When was the last time that you had the battery replaced on your iPhone?

I believe you may be referring to the issue that affected iPhone 17 devices and was fixed in iOS 26.5.1. It is reported here:
https://9to5mac.com/2026/06/01/apple-releases-ios-26-5-1-for-iphone-heres-whats-new/
Since the tagline for the OP is showing an iPhone 11 with iOS 18, that is irrelevant.
Well,I don’t think so.
