One last thought for considerations ? 👍
LogitechHIDDevices.kext — com.Logitech.ControlCenter.HIDDriver version 3.9.14
LogitechUnifying.kext — com.Logitech.Unifying.HIDDriver version 3.9.0 (not currently loaded)
They are very old
Both were built against the macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) SDK, which dates back to 2017.
These drivers came from older versions of Logitech Control Center (LCC).
Potential compatibility issues
On modern macOS versions (especially Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma, and later), Logitech generally recommends Logi Options+ or newer software instead of these legacy kernel extensions.
Old kexts can sometimes contribute to startup delays, input-device issues, security warnings, or system instability.
"Not Loaded" is usually good
The LogitechUnifying.kext entry shows [Not Loaded], meaning it isn't actively running.
It may simply be leftover software from a previous Logitech installation.
If you're troubleshooting crashes, kernel panics, or performance issues
Check whether you still use Logitech devices that depend on the old Logitech Control Center software.
If not, uninstall the legacy Logitech software and install the current Logitech software if needed.
