Hi! The "iCloud Storage Failed to Load" error on PC is usually caused by a connection issue with the iCloud for Windows app. Here's how to fix it:

1. Update iCloud for Windows: Open the Microsoft Store, search for iCloud, and check for updates. Outdated versions frequently have syncing and loading issues with newer Apple servers.

2. Sign out and back in: Open iCloud for Windows, click your name/account, sign out, then sign back in with your Apple ID.

3. Restart iCloud services: Close iCloud for Windows completely. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and end any iCloud-related processes (iCloud.exe, iCloudDrive.exe, etc.). Then reopen iCloud for Windows.

4. Check Windows Firewall/Antivirus: Your security software may be blocking iCloud. Temporarily disable Windows Defender Firewall or your antivirus and try loading iCloud storage again. If it works, add iCloud as an exception.

5. Flush DNS cache: Open Command Prompt as administrator and type: ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter. This can resolve connection issues between iCloud and your PC.

6. Repair iCloud for Windows: Go to Windows Settings > Apps > iCloud > Advanced Options > Repair. This fixes corrupted installation files without losing your data.

7. Uninstall and reinstall: As a last resort, uninstall iCloud for Windows from Settings > Apps, restart your PC, then download and install the latest version from the Microsoft Store.

Step 1 and 2 resolve this error most often. Hope it helps!
