How to migrate purchases/subscriptions and music from one account to another?

I have two personal accounts.

How can I transfer the whole history, likes, playlists from one account to another? Will I need a Mac for this?

Also a question. is it possible to transfer purchases and subscriptions?

Condition: I have one region of accounts.
