Mac mini (M1) sometimes won't wake from sleep

My mac mini (m1) will sometimes go to sleep and won't wake up.

I've tried switching HDMI cables, plugging keyboard directly into computer and pressing quickly the power button but the only thing that works is holding power button down for 10 seconds and then restarting.
