Mu brand new, literally just out of the box. “EarPods” (wired) work on my Macbook Air and NOT my phone. Help!! I have restarted the phone (several times), turned Airplane mode off (on several times) and still they are not connecting.
Thanking you in advance for any suggestions to get them to work short of trotting to an Apple store for a new pair… :(

Thank you for taking the tie to response. I literally discovered that it was my Clicks keyboard that was not allowing the EarPods to connect. ughhhh!! Enjoy that keyboard however, it does have it connection challenges.

Probably due to lint on your phone.
