Welcome and thank you for reaching out. 🤗

Learn how to → Request a Refund.

NOTE: Refunds are not guaranteed, they are the exception.

According to Apple:

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.

Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

Note: Once a decision has been made on your refund request, you will get a follow up email from Apple.

Learn how to → Check Refund Status.

Final Note: I have written a detailed user-tip on this subject that goes into greater detail. See ▶︎ Request A Refund for more.

Good luck! 👋🏼😉

Hello~ Where are you seeing these transactions? In the meantime click on below and review this user tip written by *MrHoffman* …

Billed, but you didn’t buy? - Apple Community

If you are seeing these on your bank or credit card statement only there may be a chance that those are compromised and now in the hands of an unauthorized individual/s. If this is the case you should contact those respective agencies to have them get involved.

So let’s make sure we know what you mean by Apple Account. The Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card managed by Goldman Sachs Bank. Apple Cash is a debit card managed by Green Dot Bank. Funds in your Apple Account can only used to purchase Apple products and services, nothing else.

Which of these accounts are you referring to and why do you think there have been unauthorized transactions? If you have family members sharing your account they can make purchases unless you have restricted them.

Please explain in detail what you think is going on.
