WhatsApp Business expired on iPhone 11, update billing issue
Hi guys I use WhatsApp business on my iPhone 11 but it has expired and now I’m having trouble updating it due to billing issues. I never had to pay so im lost.

Hey HI - this is usually an App Store payment issue, not a WhatsApp payment issue. WhatsApp Business itself is free to download, so if it says billing problem, Apple is usually blocking the update because of a past unpaid purchase, subscription, or payment method problem.discussions.
Fix it
- Open Settings > [your name] > Payment & Shipping and check your card details.discussions.apple
- Make sure there is no unpaid balance on your Apple ID.discussions.apple
- Check Subscriptions and pay or cancel anything pending.discussions.apple
- If needed, add a new payment method or redeem an Apple Gift Card.discussions.apple
- Then try updating WhatsApp Business again from the App Store.discussions.apple
