How can I hide subscriber-only podcast episodes from my Apple Podcasts feed?

Is there any way to remove the subscriber-only episodes of a podcast from the feed? Apple knows that people don’t like this, right? It’s a really obvious, annoying, and bad way for them to try to make more money and I don’t like my feed being cluttered with episodes I can’t listen to. It’s especially annoying when patreon episodes have a separate feed, you know? But in the settings I don’t see a way to be able to do this, and I am 100% certain the technology exists to be able to do it, so how can I make it happen?
