I received an Apple Card a while back but couldn't use it with my iphone SE. I just upgraded to a 16E. Apple Card shows up but I can't add it to my Wallet. How can I get it into the Wallet?

So, you never activated the card? If you didn’t activate the card within a week or two of the bank sending the card they may have canceled the card as an anti fraud precaution. You need to contact an Apple Card Specialist and inquire about your account and activating your card.

Assuming you literally mean an Apple Card (credit card) as Jeff Donald explains, tap “Debit or Credit Card” just below “Cards Found for You” and add it there.
Have you changed Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID)? Do you use a VPN or ever had VPN software on the device? Is your region for your Apple Account and device set for US?

You are shown how to do it right when prompted. Admittedly the Titanium Apple Card doesn’t have the standard looking magnetic stripe, so you might try the Apple Card in different positions (perhaps with your name facing you, not upside down).

Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card issued by Goldman Sachs Bank. Are you referring to an Apple Gift card? If not, what do you mean by “I received an Apple Card a while back?” You don’t just receive a credit card, you have to apply for the card account and qualify financially. Please provide more details in regard to the issues you’re experiencing.
It shows up in Settings, click my name, Payments and Shipping. When I go to Wallet and click the + sign, it shows cards found for you > None.
Yes, I applied for it and Apple approved it and I received it. It's the Goldman Sachs credit card from Apple.

Apple Card doesn’t have NFC and you shouldn’t see a prompt like that. Do you see an option to Apply for Apple Card?
