The message is a scam.
It is not from Apple Security, despite the deceptive words "Apple Security" and an icon that includes a copy of the Apple logo.
A virus is a type of malware that spreads copies of itself to other programs and scripts. iOS is very locked-down. Thus, even if you installed an app that contained a virus, it could not spread. A "virus" that cannot spread is not much of a virus. A "virus removal application" would also be subject to the iOS lockdown and could not remove alleged viruses from your phone. A "virus removal application" that cannot remove viruses is not very much of a virus removal application.
The false claims that "Your system is severely damaged by (93) viruses!" are meant to frighten you into falling for the scam. So are the claims that the viruses will "soon corrupt your sim card, data, photos, and contacts if no action is taken." Some variants of this scam claim that your phone's or computer's hardware will be permanently damaged if you do not bite – without, of course, explaining how that's possible.
If the app developer had anything to do with this ad, it would be appropriate for Apple to pull their app from the App Store and to suspend their developer account.
