Unrecognized $219.99 charge from Apple Singapore
Hello Apple Support,
I need help with a payment issue.
My bank informed me that there is a pending charge of USD 219.99 from Singapore Apple on my card.
However:
- I have no active subscriptions.
- My Purchase History is empty.
- I have removed my payment card from my Apple ID.
- This card has never been used with any other Apple ID.
I cannot find any purchase or subscription that matches this charge.
Could you please check whether this charge is associated with my Apple ID or if it was made in error? If it is not associated with my account, please advise me on what I should do next.
