Unrecognized $219.99 charge from Apple Singapore

Hello Apple Support,


I need help with a payment issue.


My bank informed me that there is a pending charge of USD 219.99 from Singapore Apple on my card.


However:



  • I have no active subscriptions.
  • My Purchase History is empty.
  • I have removed my payment card from my Apple ID.
  • This card has never been used with any other Apple ID.

I cannot find any purchase or subscription that matches this charge.


Could you please check whether this charge is associated with my Apple ID or if it was made in error? If it is not associated with my account, please advise me on what I should do next.

Sorry, but this is a user to user community and we can not access your personal data, only the official Apple Support can do this, but they can not be reached by posting here.


Did you already have a look at this article, to find out for which content you have been charged?

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support



This might also be a phishing attempt, to get personal credentials from you.

If you’re seeing these charges on your credit card information only …your card may be compromised. In that case you would need to contact your banking institution/credit card sooner rather than later than later.
