Would AppleCare+ be able to fix my dropped MacBook Neo with a dent on the outside corner from it dropping as well as the screen being shifted a little and not aligned anymore, also little dent inside the Mac on the corner of the keyboard.

If you bought Apple Care+ for the MacBook Neo and it's currently active, Apple will most likely just replace it for the deductible fee for a new or refurbished unit (depending on what is available) and not actually repair your unit.

If your Mac was covered by AppleCare prior to the damage, then it could be covered.
Only a certified Apple technician can determine the cause and offer a complete solution.

If you want to know if Apple will repair that damage, youāll have to make an appointment to have the computer evaluated.
It Apple finds the damage to be repairable there will be a relatively small charge to you for that. Apple will provide details.
Do you already have AppleCare+ or are you asking whether you can purchase coverage after it's been damaged and have it repaired under that coverage?
That's what's called "fraud". Just like you can't purchase life insurance on someone who is already dead.
An authorized Apple representative will need to determine if and how an Apple Warranty and Apple Care will be applied towards your device.
