trying to log into website. Choose passkey option even though I didn't have one for website. Now I can't do anything. Can't quit Safari (even with command Q).

Thank you for your response. I had already tried force quit. Ultimately turned off computer and walked away for 15-30 minutes. Everything back to normal.
