How to get rid of illegal MDM configuration

i am the owner of an iPhone 14 Pro Max and for the last 5 years I have been illegally configurated by MDM configuration to 5 devices. They are controlling every single move on my phone. They stole all my accounts, they bully me, are racist, I’ve filed 4 police reports. They control what e mail come and go. Apple has done nothing to help me. And this is ruining my life. I know now the name of one person behind this and I’m pressing charges. Apple support I get is fraud and I want to be free. My name is Maria *** and these devices are malicious and hidden,

Okay, so issues ongoing for five years are not going to be resolved here, today.

You’ve undoubtedly already gotten all good advice, and have considered and implemented it as appropriate.

You’ve undoubtedly gotten suggestions about preserving and presenting evidence, too.

Whatever is happening here is either past routine password or passcode compromises and will require direct forensic access and personal discussions of sensitive details, or maybe there’s something else going on. Gaslighting and social engineering are unfortunately common tactics.

MDM profiles (particularly profiles that obviously don’t show up anywhere) is well past what assistance and access can be available in a forum, too. That’s a well-funded adversary, or there is something else is happening unrelated to profiles. (Carriers do use profiles for Wi-Fi offload, but those profiles are not indicative of device control.)

As for bullying and racism, those are legal matters, and that means lawyers and police.

A victims’ rights organization might be able to help with how to approach some of what is being reported jerr.

Posting personal information in this or other forums is unwise.

Go to settings > general > device management (or profiles). Any installed MDM profile will be listed. You can remove any that you installed yourself. If the device is managed by an organization (your company) you cannot remove it.

If you suspect an MDM profile is installed, you can check Settings > General > VPN & Device Management to see whether the iPhone is supervised or has any management profiles. If something is listed there that you don't recognize, I’d recommend contacting Apple Support and having them verify the device’s management status before making any changes.

Given cryptocurrencies are exceedingly speculative and unregulated investments at best, reports of fraud, scams, money laundering, pyramid schemes, rug pulls, and unfortunately occasionally even violence do arise.

Protecting such investments is an evolving discussion, too.

Given management and security of cryptocurrency is not specific to Apple gear, and involves either specific apps or specific techniques, you’ll probably want to discuss your options for protecting your cryptocurrency wallet somewhere more focused on that topic. That wallet might involve an app on Apple gear, or some small and dedicated computing device such as a Raspberry Pi, or maybe a hardware wallet.

Proving the security of that app or that gear or that hardware wallet is another discussion.

As for MDM control of Apple devices, those profiles either show up, or — as was mentioned in another reply in this thread — this then involves direct access, forensics, and sensitive discussions well past what can happen in a forum. (Again, this all past cellular network Wi-Fi profiles, which are loaded by carriers and do not indicate device control.)

There can be exploits involving ad networks used for cryptocurrency thefts, too. This Adform ad network exploit involved little more than web browsing and getting served the “wrong” ad, entirely independent of MDM profiles or local gear or many other details.
