Well, with 249 cycles it should be at 95% (249/50), so your iPhone is performing better than average.

The best practice is to charge it overnight, every night, with Optimized Battery Charging enabled. Over the long run that will result in fewer charge cycles, because the phone will run on mains power rather than the battery for most of the night.

So, the Battery Health / Maximum Capacity is currently 97%.....correct?

If yes, your battery is doing very well. Better than average.

Battery decline is not constant. Some months it might drop 2% and other months, it might not drop at all. This is normal.

Please don't try to babysit the battery. It will not help, and it just make you nervous when there is no reason to be.

what does that mean... "but in Ac it doesn’t get hot" ? "also play red dead redemption" ?

I see no issue with the % drop.

Have you shutdown & restarted the iPhone ie power off/on...and compare your results

WOW, that's terrific! You should be quite happy with how your battery is performing, which is better than average!
