How to find capacity of lost iPhone 12 Pro Max?

There is no way to determine the storage capacity of your iPhone 12 Pro Max if you no longer have the original box or the purchase receipt.

You can also check the email address you used when buying the phone, as Apple may have sent an order confirmation with the storage capacity.

If you purchased the phone online from retailers such as Amazon or Best Buy, your order history usually includes the full device details, including the storage capacity.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max was sold in 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB storage options. If you're upgrading and often run out of space, consider getting 512 GB or 1 TB. The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max no longer offer a 128 GB option.

Are you in Canada with a valid payment method issued in Canada with a valid mailing address in Canada?
