iCloud Password Edge extension on my Windows 11 25H2 (26200.8875) has stopped working.
When I click on the extension icon, instead of using the fields for the 6 digit code, I get: "Enable Passwords in iCloud for Windows to use iCloud Passwords with Edge."
iCloud Passwords is enabled. I have tried to remove and install iCloud, but that doesn't fix the issue.
Any ideas to fix it?

I have update to this situation. For me, the issue was resolved by creating a new user account to Windows.
I had to create new local account from Windows settings, install iCloud for Windows from Microsoft Store to newly created account and set up the iCloud Passwords again. The browser extensions worked again with the new account. ✌️
Creating a new account wasn't that much of a hassle. I needed to just copy my files from C:\Users\[old_username] to C:\Users\[new_username], unlink my Microsoft Account from my old windows account and link the Microsoft account to newly created local account.
Most of my apps were already installed, only couple of them needed reinstalling after the account change.

Exactly same issue here for both Chrome and Edge extensions. Reinstalled iCloud and browser extensions multiple times without a success.
