You haven't said if you use iCloud Photos. If you do, than you can send an iCloud Link, with Share, like this:
The Link can be used by people who don't have an iCloud Account.
If you don't use iCloud Photos, it would probably be worth it to spend $1 for 50 GB of storage for a month. If 50GB doesn't hold your entire Library, then you could make a new Library with only the pictures you want to send, make it the System Library, and then do the iCloud Link. In fact, you may be able to do that using the 5 GB storage plan that you get for free.
This is the idea:
Share photos and videos with an iCloud Link on iCloud.com - Apple Support
If you aren't already connected to iCloud, then to make a small Library connected to iCloud Photos, this may help:
Make a New System Library connected to iCloud- Apple Community
Another method would be to have the PC users sign up for a free Apple account, and then you can use Shared Albums.
Create or join shared albums in Photos on Mac - Apple Support
Shared albums make new. lower resolution pictures with less personal data. These new copies don't count against your storage plan.

You say you have a Mac, but you ask about a PC. Most people use PC to mean a Windows machine, or at least a computer that isn't a Mac. ( "I'm a Mac; I'm a PC"-- great commercials!) So are you trying to send pictures from your iPhone to a PC? or to a Mac?
It matters, because "PCs" don't do AirDrop. However, there apparently are Windows apps that will work, though.
Using AirDrop will lose some information. For instance, the image can't "revert to original," there wont be any face names, and Live Photos become movies. If you're wanting to transfer pictures to a Mac and preserve all the attributes, then iCloud Photos is the best way.
If you want to know about a particular method, let us know…
If your iPhone and Mac are nearby, AirDrop is the easiest way to send an entire album or selection of photos.
1. Open the Photos app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on Albums and select the album you want to send.
3. Tap Select in the top right corner, then choose Select All (or manually select the photos).
4. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
5. Tap AirDrop and select your Mac.
6. On your Mac running macOS 26.5, accept the incoming transfer prompt. The photos will automatically save to your Downloads folder or directly into the Photos app, depending on your system preferences.
I have 180 photos and 32 short videos saved on my MAC in the Photos app. I have labeled an Album with all of those photos and videos. I want to send the Album to several PC (microsoft) users.
They do not have an icloud account nor are they available for Airdrop.
How do I transmit the album?
I don't know about albums, specifically, but see:
