iCloud syncing issue for Block Contacts using Tahoe O/S

It's across a desktop, laptop and iphone via the icloud and all three are set-up properly to sync.

I basically have 3 different Blocked Contact files on each devise that no longer sync. They did sync in the past. I believe the syncing issue is only affected Blocked Contacts that I'm aware of. Thanks!
