Safari displays a blank chat window

I have been noticing a few odd behaviors with Safari (26.5.2) occasionally and the most recent one is with a blank Chat window. I copied the URL and pasted it into Chrome to compare and there was no issue in Chrome (as seems to be the case with similar issues I've had with Safari). I checked the Pop-Up settings in Safari and it was set to Allow. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to correct this issue and, if so, how?

TIA

Yes, you can correct this issue. When a chat window displays as blank in Safari but loads normally in Google Chrome, the problem usually stems from Safari’s unique privacy protections, script handling, or a corrupted local cache.

Try this

Go to your Safari settings, find the Privacy & Security section, and uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking. Reload the chat URL.

I'm seeing the same on my end with Safari 26.6: the Philips website (https://www.usa.philips.com/c-s/support/contact) does not display the chat window correctly.

I can only surmise that the Philips website is not fully compatible with Safari. I don't have the issue with the Firefox web browser (and you don't either with the Chrome web browser).

I could only recommend that you use another web browser or that you contact Philips by phone. (They have their support phone numbers in the user manual for your product.)
