I think you're going to need to provide a little more information.
For one, where did this data come from? Was it originally a Numbers sheet, or an Excel or CSV data that was imported?
When you say 'superimposed', what do you mean, precisely? Can you provide a screenshot?
The only common situation where I can see Numbers 'superimposing' data is when the table is duplicated (often inadvertently) and there's a copy of the spreadsheet overlaying the original, which can cause this kind of visual artifact. Other than that, I can't think of other solutions without knowing more.
