iPhone 6 stuck in VoiceOver and frozen dark screen

Hold both buttons until the Apple logo appears, holding past anything else that might appear:

Restart an unresponsive iPhone - Apple Support

If that doesn’t work, contact Apple Support, though you’re likely headed for a replacement iPhone and not a repair.

Try to Force Restart your phone --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If this doesn't work, you have a phone which was released in 2014, 12 years ago. It is obsolete, which means Apple will no longer offer service on the phone and honestly, even if they did, investing any money in a 12 year old phone doesn't make sense. If the Force Restart doesn't work, it's time to buy a modern iPhone.
