You can leave an iPhone on a charger perpetually and it can't hurt the battery. There is no way to overcharge an iPhone battery.

As you apparently read the link SravanKrA posted, the answer is opposite. It is GOOD for your iPhone, because the phone uses line power instead of the battery when it is plugged in, thus extending the life of the battery. This is the 5th time your question has been answered. If you didn’t want an answer why did you post in the first place?

Why keep asking the same question when it has been answered multiple times?

Did someone tell you that leaving the iPhone connected to the power supply was a bad thing to do? If they did......they were wrong.
