That article omits the media keys usually available in the top row of many keyboards, as well. These media playback- and volume-control keys will work across most media-related apps.

I don't think you can legitimately speak for everyone who uses Apple Music. Also, there seems to be something wrong with your keyboard. Or do you perhaps have a cat?
